Director of Business Development
The successful candidate will manage Zucottos Business Development program,
reporting to the Vice President of Business Development. The successful candidate
will work with VPs of Marketing and Business Development to identify and recruit
key business partners to license / bundle / resell / reference sell Zucottos Wireless
Semiconductor Solutions. He/She will work with Sales, Marketing and Product
Management to identify and recruit key business partners. The Director of Business
Development will be responsible for managing and regularly updating business
development strategy and plan; creating detailed partner account recruitment
strategies and plans; working with partners to develop joint business and marketing
and plans; negotiating licensing and pricing arrangements and contractual
agreements; coordinating partner sales training; and conducting regular account
reviews to keep partnerships on track. This candidate requires a related degree with
(MBA candidates preferred), and 5 Years Business Development / Major Account
sales experience in the wireless and embedded systems industry.
Vice President of Sales
This successful candidate will report directly to the CEO/President and will be
responsible for opening new markets and growing sales in North America. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for building and growing a North American sales
presence for Zucotto. The successful candidate will work closely with the Product
Management, Domestic Sales and Marketing team. He/She will also be responsible
for maintaining relationships with customers globally; and forecasting and fulfilling
sales projections.
The successful candidate must possess: BA/BS degree (MBA preferred) and at least
five years of proven, relevant experience in building and managing sales teams;
experience in recruiting, hiring, and managing international sales managers;
familiarity in dealing with the cultural, lingual, and legal differences encountered
when doing business outside of North America; entrepreneurial skills and the drive
to develop new business opportunities in untapped markets; must have strong
technology background and extensive experience in the both the wireless and
embedded systems markets; and must have strategic, financial, and analytic thinking
aptitudes, combined with an ability to act quickly and decisively in a fast-paced
dynamic market environment.
Business Development Liaison
This position requires a minimum 5 years experience in Business Development
in the high-tech industry. The successful candidate will be assertive,
organized, and familiar with wireless Java Technology. The candidate will
also have strong communication and industry tracking skills, and be capable
of building strong relationships within the Java and Wireless communities.
MBA candidates would be preferred.
Product Manager
This position requires a minimum 7 years experience in product development. The successful candidate will be able to lead both the product team and act as a liason between the engineering and marketing divisions. Strong leadership, communication and organization skills are required. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the high-tech industry, with a computer engineering degree.
Director of Customer Service
This position requires both a technical background in computer engineering and a strong background in customer service. The successful candidate will have a B.Eng. in Computer Science and an MBA. With 7-10 years of related experience, the candidate will be expected to build and lead a successful customer service department.
Executive Assistant
The successful assistant will be professional and polished with superlative
communication and people skills. The successful candidate will work closely with the
CEO. The Executive Assistant would be responsible for scheduling, calendaring,
setting up travel arrangements and appointments. Working expertise of MS Word,
Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required. The ideal candidate will have previously
worked for a fast growing organization, has great attention to detail, as well as an
understanding and interest in the Hi-Tech industry.
Account Manager
The successful candidate will undertake day-to-day management and development of customer accounts
within responsible territories. He/She will contribute to the development and implementation of regional
sales strategies and assist in the development of suitable resources and organizational structures, with
supporting processes, in order to achieve objectives. The sales account manager will be required to
liaise closely with the product management, development and support teams to provide co-ordination of
product feedback in order to assist future product release strategy. Candidates for this role should
ideally have a degree qualification and have previous experience in identifying and developing regional
sales, proven track record in sales and channel experience, knowledge of the wireless and embedded
system market sectors, ability to develop and implement sales channel strategies with supporting
marketing campaigns, strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Sales Manager
Responsible for the management of commercial sales operations in the assigned territory, the successful candidate will have an extensive background in wireless, hardware and software sales. The position requires skills in new business development and corporate market penetration. A bacheloršs degree from a four year college/university or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
